REFUND POLICY

Refund Policy – Octavious Marks

All sales are final and non-refundable.

We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds on:

* Sale items

* Gift cards

Defective or Damaged Products

The only exception is if an item is received defective or damaged.

To request a review:

* Contact us at customerservice@octaviousmarks.com

* Provide photo/video proof within a reasonable timeframe

If approved, we will offer a replacement at our discretion.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

Conditions:

* Item must be unused and in original packaging

* Customer must contact us within 14 days

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective.

Exceptions

This policy does not apply to:

* Gift cards

* Sale items

* Custom or made-to-order items (including pre-orders already in production)

Shipping

IN-HAND RELEASE: Ships in 2 to 5 business days.

PREORDERS: Ships in approximately 1 to 2 months once production is finished.

Refund Policy

Products deemed defective are eligible for returns and a store credit will be applied to the customers account.
